Job Description

WeLink is looking for a NOC Support Technician Intern to assist in Network Monitoring, incident management, and outage response.

Essential Job Functions

● Diligently monitoring Network Status and acting quickly to resolve issues

● Create cases for documentation and dispatching of Field Technicians

● Incident Management and follow-through

● Responding to outages

● Maintaining Network Health and ensuring 4 9’s

Experience/Qualifications

● Experience working in a fast-paced environment

● Working with strict deadlines

● Flexibility to work on different projects and take on additional responsibilities when needed

● Must live in Utah and be able to work in office

Shift: Flexible hours between Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Minimum of 20 hours per week)
