As an Infrastructure Technician, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless network operations and security, both in commercial and residential settings. Your role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities, ranging from installing and maintaining wireless networks to troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Proficiency in fiber installations and terminations is a must, ensuring robust connectivity across various applications. You'll interact closely with customers, requiring excellent communication and customer service abilities. Must have Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience with network infrastructure and security.
- Ability to install, configure, and maintain Wireless Networks on commercial and residential applications.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Experience in fiber installations, terminations, and applications.
- Commercial and Residential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Must live in or near Los Angeles or be willing to commute daily.
