As an Infrastructure Technician, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless network operations and security, both in commercial and residential settings. Your role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities, ranging from installing and maintaining wireless networks to troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Proficiency in fiber installations and terminations is a must, ensuring robust connectivity across various applications. You'll interact closely with customers, requiring excellent communication and customer service abilities. Your adaptability shines through as you quickly grasp new technologies, while your additional experience in low voltage, tower work, conduit installations, rigging, and

Must have Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience with network infrastructure and security.
  • Ability to install, configure, and maintain Wireless Networks on commercial and residential applications.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Experience in fiber installations, terminations, and applications.
  • Commercial and Residential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Must live in or near Los Angeles or be willing to commute daily.
